Summary
When uploading an image to a collection, allow to set a focal point.
That focal point will only be valid for the image in that relation and not the image itself in general.
Basic Example

Motivation
It is really common that users reuse images.
Since directus allows to select images from the media picker, often our users just pick an image that is already there and then put focal points.
The issue here is that these focal points also affect other places that this image is being used.
Detailed Design
Make it so, that the focal point is not tied to the image itself, but to the place where the image is used.
This prevents setting focal points to have side effects on other places where the same image is used.

Drawbacks
I see no problem here, we could still have image wide focal points that are automatically used as fallbacks, if set through the media library.
Also maybe we could inform the users when selecting an image with a focal point pre-configured if they want to use it in their place?
Alternatives
I have no alternative solution
Adoption Strategy
This is not a breaking change.
