Both /docs and /docs/domain had a Plans table followed by a Pricing section repeating the same limits with a Subscribe button. They are now one Plans section each, with a "Get a Pro key" link and the portal link under the table, still rendered from the Stripe config. Also corrects three places that said an aggregate risk score comes with every response; it has been opt-in since v0.54.0. Starts the v1.0.0 changelog section, which the launch note will join.
