Subject: [PATCH] TaleTime: disclose Anthropic AI processing and reporting in
 privacy policy, drop stale Premium text, add Terms of Use

- privacy policy: AI Story Generation section (Anthropic), advertising ID wording, report storage
- support: remove Premium/restore-purchase FAQ and section (billing removed 2026-09-09), add AI report FAQ
- new /terms/taletime/ (EN/JA) replacing the Apple EULA link in the app
- sitemap: add terms page, bump lastmod of privacy policy
