Also changed the personal-tier bullet from '本地记忆' to '本地历史 readback' to stop implying the same unfinished capability is shipped. - openai-compatible: exists in digital-employee as a preview, fixture-conformant adapter, not live-qualified, and is not evidenced in org-workbench's own README/health-check path.
