Subject: [PATCH] Style dollars: channel point rewards buy looks, never pets
 (0.12.0)

Channel point redemptions add to a separate profiles.style_dollars balance.
The shop spends it first on hats, cosmetics and build slots and never on
pets, the only stat purchase. !give/!pay and mod gifts touch dollars only,
so channel points can't buy duel strength. !wallet, the fighter page, the
shop result and the export show it; the public leaderboard strips it.
Test site gets /api/devtools/:channel/style.
